ContactsOpen your customer list — view, search, add, edit, or archive customers.
DriversAdd or remove drivers, and set how much each one's vehicle can carry (bags and baskets). Those limits are what "Rebalance loads" works against. When someone leaves, use Set inactive rather than Remove — that keeps their past pay records readable.
PayWhat each driver is owed and has been paid, day by day. Filter by date, or show only what's outstanding.
HistoryEvery finalised route. Open one back into the planner, print a driver's round or the pickup/Lalamove list, or delete a route.
UsersWho can sign in. Add an account for each member of staff, and change your own password.
ActivityWho did what, and when — routes finalised, customers edited, things deleted. Filter by person, action or date.
Paste orders (CSV)How every day starts. Paste the order list from your invoicing system; it matches each company to a stored contact, splits the stops into geographic zones (one per driver switched on) and orders each driver's run from the depot. Quantities start at 0. Customers marked Self-Collect or Lalamove in Contacts go to the pickup list instead of a van.
Add stopSearch your contacts and add one customer to today's route by hand — for a cash sale, a late order, or anything the CSV missed. It goes to the nearest driver, using that customer's current address from Contacts.
Copy last week's qtyFills in bags/baskets from what each customer ordered last week — only for stops still at 0, so it never overwrites what staff already typed.
Rebalance loadsUse after keying in the quantities. If a van is over its bag or basket limit, this moves the fewest stops needed to bring it back under — choosing the ones nearest the receiving driver, so the zones stay as tight as possible. Does nothing if everyone already fits.
Tidy routeReorders each driver's stops into a shorter driving sequence. Changes the order only, not who delivers what.
ClearWipes the current route off the screen so you can start fresh. Keeps drivers and date; doesn't delete anything saved.
Complete & finaliseSaves the finished route to the database — it then appears in History, and its quantities become what "Copy last week's qty" reads next week.
